A mysterious cult in rural Spain kidnaps the daughter of the U.S. president, Ashley Graham, and Leon S. Kennedy, a former survivor of Raccoon City, is assigned the responsibility of rescuing her in Resident Evil 4. To rescue Ashley and avert a worldwide catastrophe, Leon must fight these adversaries and the cult leader once he learns the villagers are afflicted with a parasitic mind-controlling creature called Las Plagas.
